Upcoming New Year of the Pig  
Mark your calendars if you're interested, for my 6th annual party for Chinese New Year's/Tet/Lunar New Year's Eve, to welcome in the pig.

When: Saturday, February 17th - Sunday, February 18th, 2007. February 18th begins the Year of the Pig.
Where: To be announced, somewhere in the San Jose Bay Area. My employment status will be a factor.
Chinese character for the Chinese Zodiac Pig Sign: 亥
Character for pig: 豬 (traditional), 猪 (simplified)
Possible conflict for some: Gallifrey One, February 16-18, LAX Marriott Hotel.

Oh, and happy January 1 to people too!
