Backup alarm clock
So I heard the alarm clock, but I wanted to think about the dream I'd been having for a moment before it went away. Something to do with driving a van on 280 on Halloween (a street sign said it was Halloween instead of saying the date like I thought it normally did), dropping off my parents... in Mountain View? So I lay there a bit longer, ignoring the alarm. Hmm... the past tense of lie is odd.

Boo started meowing at me. Then he stood up on his hind legs and started licking my elbow. Either he didn't want me to sleep through the alarm clock, or he found it so annoying he wanted me to get up and turn it off. :)

My kittie does that too. I figure that it's two things:
a. she doesn't like the alarm clock noise
b. she's hungry

Ignoring alarm means something is wrong and/or you are sick. He has to check on you.

And Boo had to make sure his source of food would continue to operate. ;)
