eye stuff
I looked deep into Charybdis's eyes, and saw something that shouldn't be there in her right eye. There was something translucent that looked like some kind of gel in the middle, and some hair stuck to it. Perhaps it was hair stuck to the eye and some kind of reaction. I pushed her eyelid closed, and it moved.

So seeing as how it wasn't totally stuck there, I rinsed it out right away in the bathtub. She was not amused.

She looks fine now, but I'll keep an eye on her.

Heehee. Aye, I meant to be punny there.

Still looks good today.

Seriously. *groan/laugh*

I'm glad she's looking good today.

It's good that Charybdis has such an attentative owner. I'm sure she appreciates having clear sight again, even though she didn't appreciate the manner in which you did it. :)

Yup, she let out a few horrible cries that sounded like someone was trying to kill her (maybe she thought I was), but then forgave me within minutes, which doesn't happen after a bath.

Surprisingly enough, I didn't lose any blood.

Was it a full bath? Or just a face rinse?

Aimed for the face, held the afflicted eye open underwater. Got her whole head and neck drenched, and some of her back and chest wet. Glad she won't have to wear an eye patch.
